Data is collected through website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, in-person applications and contractual relationships. Processing is based on consent, contract performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, and legitimate interests where applicable.

6. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the period necessary for the processing purpose and for statutory limitation/storage periods. After expiry, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
