Steps on your piloting journey

Define Your Goal
Decide what type of hot air balloon pilot you want to become.

Health Assessment
Obtain a Class 2 medical certificate from Aviation Medical Centers.

Theoretical Training
Air traffic rules, meteorology, navigation and balloon systems.

Practical Flight Training
Minimum 16 hours of flight time, conducted with an instructor.
